Tile Outlets of America guarantees you will not receive a lower retail price from any competitor. Although we regularly price shop our competitors to insure you receive the lowest possible prices, if you happen to find the desired quantity of an identical in-stock item for less at another local retail competitor let us know and, upon verification, we will beat it by 5%. Our guarantee does not apply to competitor special order purchases, clearance, liquidation or damaged items, or to online purchases. We will match the price on any competitor sale item that otherwise qualifies.
All product warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. We will gladly help you resolve any warranty issues when there is a legitimate claim.
All samples are $1.99 each and are shipped free within the continental United States. The size of each sample will vary from 3” x 3” to 6” x 6” depending upon the item. Samples are not available for liners, borders, listellos, inserts, medallions and trims. The limit is 1 sample per item and samples may not be returned.
Shipping costs vary depending upon weight and destination and are calculated by the shipping company. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. The shipping cost will be added to the total cost of your order.
Calculated shipping charges are based on product weight, size, and carrier’s rates. In some cases, we may be able to obtain lower shipping costs through alternative methods of shipping. Please select "Best Rate Possible" at checkout and we will work to negotiate the best rate available not listed on the major carriers. This rate will be added to your order upon your approval. Please be sure to call or email us prior to placing your order if you would like know about this and other options.
All orders must be shipped to a physical address; we will not ship to a PO Box. Currently we only ship to the continental United States.
Orders received by noon EST, Monday – Friday, will generally ship that business day and orders received after noon EST will generally ship the next business day.
Any orders placed AFTER noon EST Friday, and through to Sunday, WILL NOT be processed until the following Monday at 7 am.
Most orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. If you would like expedited shipment, please contact us for a quote. Since shipping delays can occur, we recommend that you not schedule installation until you have received and inspected your order. Since delivery dates are estimates, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered by a specific date and we will not be responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of any shipping delays.
Although we will use our best efforts to fill your order, there may be times when the item you want is not available. Furthermore, we reserve the right to discontinue the sale or change the price of any item at any time without notice. The prices listed on this Site do not include shipping unless otherwise noted or sales taxes, if applicable. These costs will be added to your invoice.
Sales tax will be charged and collected as required by applicable federal or state law.
Tile Outlets of America takes very seriously Our Promise to You. For that reason, we offer a Return Policy second-to-none. It's part of our Peace-of-Mind Commitment. It consists of the following.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so you have 90 days from the delivery date to return any item or items other than (i) clearance or sale items clearly marked as “nonreturnable and nonrefundable”, (ii) special order items marked as such on your receipt and (iii) sample purchases which may not be returned.
Your refund will be by the same method you used to pay for the returned item(s) and will be subject to a satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s) by us upon receipt. Refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. You will be credited the full amount less any shipping charges incurred by us upon original shipment of the item(s) to you. No refunds will be issued for any items returned without a RAN. Items returned due to your refusal to accept shipment will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Orders may be canceled without penalty prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped you will be responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Furthermore, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt and write on the Proof of Delivery receipt (POD) provided by the delivery company any visible damage to the packaging such as a crushed box or tears. Never refuse a shipment. If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions. We will ask you to provide us with a copy of the POD and pictures of any damaged items. Upon our receipt of these items and approval of your claim, we will ship you replacement item(s) at no cost to you or issue you a credit. You will need to hold onto any damaged items and the original packaging in case the shipper requests to inspect the damage.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt so you can verify that you have received the correct item(s), quantity and color. If your order has been incorrectly filled, please contact us immediately. We will then provide you instructions regarding the return of any incorrectly shipped items and ship you the correct item(s) at no cost to you or issue you a credit. We will not accept any claims of incorrect shipments unless a claim is made within 5 business days of your receipt of shipment.
Our sole liability in the event of damaged items or incorrect shipments will be to ship you replacement items or the correct items or issue you a refund as described above.
