The Quick Pitch shower pan slope kit takes the guesswork out of sloping a mud bed to the drain. It gives you a center hub and preset sticks that establish the correct pitch from the walls down to the drain, so your mortar bed drains right the first time — a step that trips up plenty of DIYers and pros in a hurry.
The QPK-101 kit sets the slope for a standard shower base before you pack your deck mud. Position the hub at the drain, run the graduated sticks out to the perimeter, and screed your mortar to the top of the sticks. It works under traditional mortar-bed shower floors.
