Trade pricing & rebates that scale with your year

The financial core of Pro Elite is a trade discount that climbs as your year does, plus a rebate that stacks on top of it. You start saving immediately, and your rate doubles the moment your annual volume clears $2,500.

What’s included in the pricing benefit

• 5% Trade Pro discount the day your customer ID is issued — no waiting period, no minimum order. It applies to all purchases not already discounted on the Trade Pro price lists or specially discounted in the store.
• 10% once your total TOA purchases during 2026 reach $2,500, and it stays there for the rest of the year.
• 3% Professional Rebate in the form of a store credit under the TOA Professional Rebate Program — in addition to the discount you already took at the counter.
• Up to one-third off consumables — the mortars, grouts, underlayment, sealers, and tools you reorder on every job.

Up to one-third off the materials you buy on every single job

Tile is the line item homeowners shop. Consumables are the line item that quietly eats your margin — and they’re where the Trade Pro price lists do the most work. Members receive substantial discounts of up to 1/3 off retail on the everyday items no job gets finished without.

• Mortars and thinsets — the bags you go through fastest.
• Grouts — sanded, unsanded, and performance formulas.
• Underlayment — membranes, backer, and crack suppression.
• Sealers — for grout, natural stone, and porous surfaces.
• Tools — the trowels, blades, spacers, and consumable hardware you replace constantly.

One note on how the math works: because these items are already discounted on the Trade Pro price lists, the 5%/10% Trade Pro discount doesn’t stack a second time on top of them. The price list is the deeper of the two — that’s the point. Ask your specialist for a current copy.

On-the-job benefits that save you time and a truck bed

Materials logistics is where installer programs usually fall short. Pro Elite is built to keep you on the job instead of waiting at a counter.

• 2-hour call-ahead orders. In a rush? Call your order into the store at least 2 hours ahead of time and it’ll be ready when you arrive. All you have to do is pay for it and have it loaded into your vehicle.
• 30 days of free storage. Don’t need your purchase right away? We’ll be happy to store your merchandise free for up to 30 days — buy for the job now without cluttering your shop.
• Open 7 days a week. In addition to being open every day, we’re open 7 AM–7 PM Monday through Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Saturday, and 9 AM–4 PM Sunday — so you can load out before the crew starts or restock after you wrap.

Installation referrals, because we’re not your competition

Unlike many of our competitors, Tile Outlets of America is not in the installation business. We don’t bid against you and we don’t staff crews. When a homeowner walks in needing someone to set what they just bought, we’d far rather hand them a name — and we want it to be yours.

• Receive installation referrals by virtue of being on the TOA Installer Referral List.
• We’d rather be a referral source than a rival. Every homeowner we send you is a job we were never going to bid on ourselves.
• The list is deliberately limited. We cap the number of installers on the referral list at any one time, so the pros on it get real volume instead of a directory listing.
• Ask to be included. Talk to a TOA manager or associate about how you can get on the list.

Tile Outlets of America will work hard every day to earn your business, and getting started costs nothing. Simply provide us with three things and we’ll issue you a unique customer ID number so you can begin to enjoy every benefit on this page.

• Your business name.
• Your contact information — so your specialist can reach you about pricing and orders.
• A copy of your business license. This is what qualifies you as a trade professional.

Your customer ID is what carries your benefits at the counter: give it when you check out and your Trade Pro discount, your rebate accrual, and your storage and call-ahead privileges all apply automatically. There’s no membership fee and no minimum order.
