Can I cut glass tile on a regular tile blade?
Not well — glass chips badly on standard blades. Use a dedicated glass blade with a fine continuous rim and cut slowly with plenty of water.
How do I drill holes in tile for valves and pipes?
Use a diamond core bit sized to the pipe, run wet or with cooling wax, at moderate speed and light pressure. Start at an angle to keep the bit from wandering, then bring it vertical.
