Who qualifies for the designer trade program?
Interior designers, decorators, and design-build firms operating in Florida. When you apply, we’ll ask for basic business credentials such as a resale or sales-tax certificate to set up your trade account.
Do I have to share the discount with my client?
No. Your trade discount is yours to use however you like — pass it through to win the bid, keep it as margin on your specified materials, or split the difference. We never reveal or undercut your pricing with your client.
Can I send my client in without coming with them?
Absolutely. Send your client in under your name and our team will guide their selections within your direction, hold your trade pricing, and keep you updated on what they choose.
Is the product actually in stock?
