- 30 days of free storage. Don’t need your purchase right away? We’ll happily store your merchandise free for up to 30 days.
- Open 7 days a week. Monday–Friday 7 AM–7 PM, Saturday 8 AM–6 PM, and Sunday 9 AM–4 PM — so you can load before the crew starts or after you wrap.

- The TOA Installer Referral List. Get installation referrals by virtue of being on the list — homeowners who walk in needing an installer get sent to you.
- We’re not your competition. Unlike many of our competitors, TOA is not in the installation business. We’d rather be a referral source for you.

What is the TOA Pro Elite program?
It’s the free 2026 trade professional program at Tile Outlets of America. You automatically receive 5% off all purchases not already discounted on the Trade Pro price lists or specially discounted in the store, rising to 10% once your total TOA purchases during 2026 reach $2,500. On top of that you’re eligible for a 3% rebate as store credit under the TOA Professional Rebate Program, plus up to one-third off retail on everyday items, installer referrals, and a specialist dedicated to Trade Pros.
How do I enroll, and what do I need?
Simply provide us with your business name, contact information, and a copy of your business license, and we’ll issue you a unique customer ID number so you can begin to enjoy these benefits. There’s no membership fee and no minimum purchase.
How does the discount increase to 10%?
You start at 5% with no minimum. Once your total Tile Outlets of America purchases during 2026 reach $2,500, your Trade Pro discount increases to 10% on all purchases not already discounted on the Trade Pro price lists or specially discounted in the store.
How does the 3% Professional Rebate work?
In addition to the discount on your purchases, you’re eligible to receive a 3% rebate in the form of a store credit under the TOA Professional Rebate Program. It stacks on top of your 5% or 10% Trade Pro discount and comes back to you to spend on a future purchase.
What gets discounted up to 1/3 off?
The everyday items you reorder on every job — mortars, grouts, underlayment, sealers, and tools — carry substantial discounts of up to one-third off retail on the Trade Pro price lists in store. Because those items are already discounted on the price lists, the 5%/10% Trade Pro discount doesn’t stack on top of them.
How do I get on the TOA Installer Referral List?
Unlike many of our competitors, TOA is not in the installation business — instead, we want to be a referral source for you. We limit the number of installers on the referral list at any one time, so ask a TOA manager or associate how you can be included.
Can I call my order in ahead of time, or hold material for a later job?
Both. In a rush? Call your order into the store at least 2 hours ahead and it’ll be ready when you arrive — all you have to do is pay for it and have it loaded into your vehicle. And if you don’t need your purchase right away, we’ll be happy to store your merchandise free for up to 30 days.

All three Tile Outlets of America superstores — Fort Myers, Sarasota, and Tampa, Florida. Each location has a dedicated Trade Pro specialist for your account. In addition to being open seven days a week, we’re open 7 AM–7 PM Monday through Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Saturday, and 9 AM–4 PM Sunday.
