Product Overview
Kerdi-Board SC is the ready-made shower curb that drops into a tiled shower without framing or building it up from lumber. The bonded foam core comes pre-formed to height and profile, so you set it at the threshold, bond it down, and move straight to tiling the dam.
This curb measures 48 inches long by 6 inches wide by 4-1/2 inches tall, sized for a standard shower entry. Bond it to the substrate, band the seams and base into the surrounding Kerdi assembly, then tile the top and faces to match the shower.
Pros use the pre-formed curb to skip stacking and squaring lumber and to keep the threshold in one integrated system. Tile Outlets stocks the curbs with the boards, banding, and drains that finish the shower.
