Product Overview
Kerdi-Board is the lightweight tile substrate and building panel that gives you a flat, dimensionally stable base for tile on walls, floors, and shower surrounds. The extruded polystyrene core cuts with a utility knife and screws to framing fast, so you skip the mess and weight of cement board on a bathroom build.
This panel measures 1/2 inch thick by 48 by 96 inches, a full 4-by-8 sheet that covers wall sections quickly. Fasten it to studs with Kerdi-Board screws and washers, then seal the seams with Kerdi-Band and thinset before you set tile.
