Product Overview
This 2"x50' mesh drywall joint tape reinforces seams and joints before you skim, patch, or set tile over drywall and backer board. The self-adhesive fiberglass mesh presses right onto the surface, bridging the gap so joint compound or mortar locks in without cracking down the line.
Each roll runs 50 feet at 2" wide — enough to tape the seams on a typical wall or backer-board layout. Lay it over butted joints, press it flat, and coat it with your compound or thinset to build a solid, crack-resistant base for tile.
