USG liquid waterproofing membrane is a roll- or trowel-applied coating that seals showers, wet areas, and floors before tile, keeping water from reaching the substrate behind and beneath your tile. This 3.5-gallon pail is the size for a full shower, a large wet room, or a floor where you need coverage without stopping to reopen containers.

Apply it over cement backer board, concrete, and other approved substrates, working it into corners and over the reinforcing mesh at seams and change-of-plane joints. Roll or trowel an even coat, let it set, then follow with a second coat for complete coverage before you tile.
