Amazonia Canela channels the warmth of exotic Brazilian hardwood in an 8x36 wood look porcelain plank tile — canela is Portuguese for cinnamon, and the color lives up to it. Rich, spiced brown tones give floors a depth that everyday oak looks rarely reach.
Made in Brazil by Eliane, each matte plank carries tonal movement that recalls tropical timber, without wood's fuss over moisture and wear. Nine planks fill a box at 17.22 square feet, with each piece covering 1.91.
It brings warmth to living rooms, dens, kitchens, and bedrooms, and it grounds white-walled Florida-style interiors beautifully.
Stagger the planks in a random offset, just as hardwood is laid, and the tonal variation from piece to piece builds a floor with genuine character. A grout tinted toward the darker grain notes makes the joints disappear into the pattern. The cinnamon warmth pairs beautifully with cream walls, rattan, leather, and deep green accents, and the long plank format visually stretches smaller rooms.
