Cristal Baldonia turns everyday floors into something closer to a showroom. It is a 29x29 ceramic tile with a polished, light-multiplying surface in a generous square format.
Made in Brazil by Ceramica Carmelo Fior, each piece covers almost six square feet, so rooms tile up quickly and the finished floor carries long, unbroken reflections. The polished face brightens interiors that don't get much natural light, and the large format keeps grout lines to a minimum for a cleaner look and easier upkeep.
It works in living rooms, dining rooms, foyers, and hallways — spaces where a little formality is welcome and a lot of light is even more so. Set furniture on felt pads and the surface will keep its showroom character through years of family traffic with nothing more than routine mopping.
