Product Overview
Onyx is the jewel of the stone world, and Marmoteca Pure Onyx captures its luminous, almost translucent character in a 48x110 polished porcelain slab. Soft, cloud-like veining drifts across a pale ground under a glass-smooth polish.
Made in Italy by Ceramiche Gardenia Orchidea, each panel covers about 36 square feet, so the onyx effect flows unbroken across showers, feature walls, and full-height backsplashes. Unlike true onyx — fragile, porous, and demanding — this porcelain version handles daily life without any special care at all.
It's made for serene, spa-leaning spaces: primary baths, powder rooms, and bedroom feature walls that want soft light and quiet luxury in equal measure. Washed with a warm sconce or grazed by evening light, the pale ground seems to glow from within — exactly the trick real onyx is prized for. Soft whites, travertine tones, and light woods round out the palette.
