Product Overview

Navy is the new neutral, and Seattle Navy wears it with a soft lappato sheen. This 12x24 porcelain tile pairs deep, saturated blue with a semi-polished finish that sits between matte and gloss — enough shine to give the color life, not so much that it turns into a mirror.

Made in Spain by EcoCeramic, the lappato surface has a silky, honed-glass quality that photographs beautifully and feels even better. Six tiles per box cover 11.63 square feet. Stack it vertically to draw the eye up a shower wall, or run a classic offset for a softer rhythm.

Reach for it on bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes, and accent walls where rich color grounds a scheme — navy pairs effortlessly with white counters, brass hardware, and pale wood. A navy-matched grout gives a velvety, uninterrupted field, while crisp white joints turn the wall graphic; daylight cools the blue toward slate, and warm bulbs deepen it toward ink.

Test-drive the color first: one piece as a sample will show you how the lappato sheen handles your room's light.

Finish the Job

A tile order isn't a finished job. Here's everything that goes in the truck with it — in stock at all three Florida stores, and ready to ship.

  1. Trim & finished edges

Every exposed edge needs a finished profile. Match your tile with bullnose, or wrap the edge in a metal or PVC profile. Ask us and we'll pull the trim that matches this series.

  2. Grout & caulk

Joints 1/8" and wider need sanded grout. Add matching caulk for inside corners, wall-to-floor joints and transitions.

    Shop Sanded Grout
  3. Thinset & mortar

Set your tile in the right mortar — large-format and porcelain want a modified, medium-bed thinset. Check coverage before you buy.

    Shop Thinset Mortar
  4. Substrate prep

Prep what's underneath — uncoupling membrane, backer board or self-leveler — so the surface under your tile stays flat and stable.

    Shop Uncoupling Membrane
  5. Sealer & care

Seal cement grout once it has cured, and keep a tile-safe cleaner on hand. No acids, no bleach.

    Shop Sealers
  6. Tools

Notched trowel, grout float, buckets, spacers and a leveling system — plus a cutter or wet saw sized to the tile you're setting.
