Beautiful flooring!

I am an interior designer and I love this flooring because of the texture and nice soft color. It could be a nice and durable natural material for bedroom flooring. I would recommend it.

White oak

Purchased 2400 sq feet of the white oak engineered wood for my new home. The salesperson stated that the product was a good product and it could be installed glued down or floating floor. After receiving the floor (84 boxes ) and placing it through the house to acclimate to the room temperature, the product still doesn’t lock in properly . My floor installer showed me how the male edge is not perfectly cut and some boards have a little bow to them. When I asked why he didn’t put the bad ones aside, we stated that every box had 1-2 bad pieces. My advice is don’t waste your money on this product or any other product from this company. The product which was made in Thailand is probably made by a Chinese company that moved to Thailand to void the tariffs placed on them. Thats the first thing the salesperson should advise me of where the product was made. I should have gone with another company and pay a little more and not have the headaches that I’m going through now. With the floor cost and installation cost is about $14,000 dollars down the drain. Don’t buy anything from this company

  1. Transitions & trim

    Every doorway, threshold and height change needs a transition — T-mold between rooms, a reducer down to a lower floor, an end cap at slider tracks and hearths.

    Engineered planks over a Florida slab need a moisture barrier underneath. Add sound control for second floors and condo associations that require it.

    Flat beats level. Self-leveler fills the low spots so click joints don't flex and glue-down planks don't telegraph every dip.

    Glue-down installs need the right adhesive, and stair noses, trims and seams need construction adhesive and seam sealer on hand.
