This Carrara marble threshold is the natural-stone saddle that bridges a doorway, a change in floor height, or the curb of a shower. At 2x36, it spans a standard opening in one clean piece, giving a polished transition between two spaces.
It's genuine polished marble with soft gray veining that varies piece to piece. Marble is porous, so seal it before and after installation, particularly at a shower curb or other wet threshold.
Use it in doorways, between tile and carpet, or as a shower curb cap that coordinates with Carrara-look marble and white tile. Buy one to confirm the veining and finish match your floor before ordering. It also works as a clean cap for the low curb of a tiled shower.
